TOURIST VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR GERMANY

Need all soft colour copy on mail and PDF file should be Maximum 4 MB

Documents Required:

1. Valid Passport with at least 06 months validity from the date of departure from destination country.
2. 1 Recent Colored Digital Photograph 35 x 45 MM (Fresh ones i.e. NOT used earlier for any visa)
3. Covering letter (Addressed to The Australian High Commission).
4. Personal Latest Bank Statement of last 06 months with bank seal, Signature and 2-3 lakh balance for per PAX.
5. Personal Income Tax Papers for last 03 yrs.
6. Personal contact number and email ID.
7. Adhaar card copy.

NOTE:

If Self-Employed/ Business: -

1.   Cover Letter on Company letter Head.
2.   Proof of ownership (Proof of Proprietorship, Partnership Deed, Articles of Association)
3.  Original Bank Statement of the Company for the last 6 updated months.
4.   Income Tax Papers of the Company of last 03 Years

If Employed: -

1.  Copy of Appointment letter.
2.  Salary Slip of last 06 Months
3.  Leave certificate from the Employer.

If Retired

1.     Retirement proof
2.     Pension proof
3.     Bank statement 06 months with bank seal, Signature and 2-3 lakh balance for per PAX
4.     Personal ITR last 03 years

For Honeymoon :-

1.   Wedding photos
2.   Marriage Certificate
3.   Wedding cards from both sides

If Sponsored:-

1. ITR's last 03 years
2. Bank statement last 06 months
3. Visa copy
4. Passport copy
5. Sponsorship letter

 For Students: -

1.  Leave Sanction
2.  I/D card copy.

For Invitee:-

1.   Invitation letter from Australia
2.   Passport  copy
3.   Visa Copy
4.  Residence proof.
